Brightside Creative Solutions was founded in 2014 with the idea of giving business owners the marketing resources they need. We realized that so many larger marketing agencies were hiding behind huge paywalls and suffocating retainers leaving so many businesses without the ability to pay for their resources. Coming from an agency background, Brightside's owner, Holly, knew all too well that these marketing agencies didn't provide the services to match the price.
When Brightside started taking on clients, it became apparent that website developers were leaving clients high and dry! We couldn't believe how many of our new clients were left without access to their own websites and how they were not even able to edit them without having detailed knowledge of HTML. This isn't right! Business owners have enough on their plate and deserve to be treated as partners in their website process and not left in the dust. We quickly adjusted our business model to do just that.
At Brightside, you will find customer service tailored to your needs! We explain everything in detail to you (if that is what you want) or take the reins and the stress away (if you prefer that). One thing we always pride ourselves on is being upfront. You will never be sold something you don't need AND we will never take on a project we aren't confident we can be successful doing. Meet Brightside's Owner Holly Lane
Holly Lane is a digital marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field. After working with huge brands like Target, Wrigley, John Frieda, and Warner Brothers she gained the knowledge and experience to help strategically market various types of brands. Working in agencies has taught her that small businesses need help with marketing too and don’t have the budget to afford the services agencies provide. This is partially what sparked the idea behind Brightside.
As a New Jersey native, Holly has since learned to call the desert her home. She lives in Arizona with her husband and daughter. Holly enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible whether it is playing board games, hiking, or exploring new restaurants.
